Shipping policy
At Mabel Made, every order is handmade with care. As a small, one-person business, each piece is created, packed, and shipped by me personally, so please allow a little time for your order to be prepared.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods (such as new collection launches or seasonal drops), processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Out of Office / Holiday Notice
As Mabel Made is currently run as a one-person business, there may be times when I am away or out of the office.
During these periods:
• Orders can still be placed as normal
• However, any orders placed while I am away will be processed and shipped once I return
Any extended processing times will always be communicated where possible, and I truly appreciate your patience and support.

United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- 1st First: 1-2 working days

Order Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, Mabel Made is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Mabel Made cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me so I can assist in raising this with the courier.

As all items are handmade, slight variations in colour, bead placement, or finish may occur, making each piece unique.
