At Mabel Made, each item is carefully handmade and quality checked before being sent out. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.
We kindly ask that you ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In these cases, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the same item where possible.
Please note:
• Exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items
• Items must not have been used or worn
• Customers may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
Additional Information
As all products are handmade, slight variations in colour, bead placement, or finish may occur. These are part of the unique nature of each piece and are not considered faults.
